Sarah VanScoik is an engineer, educator, researcher, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping organizations improve performance through better systems, stronger training, and practical strategy.
Her career began in the skilled trades, where she developed a hands-on understanding of technical work, operational discipline, and process excellence. That practical foundation shaped her approach as she moved into engineering, manufacturing, business strategy, and higher education.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design. Her work combines operational expertise with deep knowledge of workforce training, process improvement, and organizational development.
Today, Sarah teaches skilled trades and workforce development at Ivy Tech Community College while leading Mayflower Enterprises, where she helps organizations build smarter systems, develop stronger teams, and create lasting results.
